Virginia's Letter to Randall - November 13, 2006

**Please see my DISCLAIMER about Randall Raar information related to correspondence with Virginia Lee**

Virginia sent me a snippit from a letter she received from Randall. Here is what her e-mail said:

Letter written 11/05 from Randy Raar included the following:

I finished my speach to the Judge where I will dismiss my paid lawyer and obtain a free
one - I'm broke.
Where is what concensus is: State blew case and lawyer made deal to get conviction to
save grace.
Think of it. Zilch on raid. Too many issues I doubt lawyers truth. Can't tell all.
They took chance because customs, FBI and Interpol
indicate I was involved with distribution of child porn. A lie. All they found was mag
called "Moppits' of 1970 - Ex Post Facto. So what did they find? Rfiles. Con in
possession. Found n 2nd search. All fuzzy. Plus lawyer has denied me access to search
warrants. ODD.

Please by lawyer to Judge Prison 2 years plus probation - will fire him before Judge
decides 11/8.
I'm alone. So afraid. Oye afraid - Lawyer wants five thousand dollars more. Oye wants
to pay - No have. Scared!
Oye doesn't see the lawyer scam,

End

It appears that to Randall Raar, everyone is out to get him and has a hidden agenda. It is hard to believe that there is such a conspiracy against one man just because he has cried fowl against the MDOC. Virginia sent him a response letter on November 13, 2006 which can be Downloaded Here. While Virginia appears to agree he was guilty of taking advantage of the girl in 1989, she does state that she thinks it was consensual. Consensual or not, sexual acts involving a minor are a crime - period. At least she puts the blame on him where is obviously should be.

In another e-mail on November 13, 2006

Randall Raar Information Discalimer

**DISCLAIMER**

That is my disclaimer so you all know I am trying to be as up front as possible. If any of the information that I post is inaccurate or proves to be false, I will immediately remove it upon notification. Nothing I post that has been provided to me by Virginia Lee should be considered as my thoughts, beliefs or opinions and could for all intents and purposes be considered heresay.

I do not support Randall Raar in his plight to prove his supposed innocence; however, this case does interest me from the standpoint that there is always some truth to every story. While I have my own beliefs about the subject, I am not attempting to prove or disprove his innocence as it is not up to me to judge whether Randall Raar is guilty or not as that has been done by a jury of his peers in a court of law.

It is also not my goal to prove or disprove any of his claims and I am not saying that any of the claims that may come up in my posts are true or false. My goal here is to simply pass on what I am being told by what I deem as a fairly reliable source to provide possible insight into this case from Randall Raar's point of view and that of his ex-sister-in-law.

I have not been able to verify that the person I have been in correspondence with, Virginia Lee, is actually Randall Raar's ex-sister-in-law. The information provided and other facts seem to add up that she is who she claims, but I want to be clear that the information I am posting regarding letters from Randall Raar to Virginia and my correspondence with her is based on the premise that her identity is true. Please use this information to form your own opinions and ask your own questions, but be informed that I have not been able to clearly substantiate her identity yet.

Randall Raar From The Beginning

**Please see my DISCLAIMER about Randall Raar information related to correspondence with Virginia Lee**

In one of the first e-mails between his ex-sister-in-law and me about Randall Raar, she stated the following:

I personally think that Randy is innocent of the charges against him. He rales against
the system in a loud manner and has associated with the wrong people and everything points to his
guilt. I know that. Yes, he is obsessed with sex, but again, he has a very young Thai wife that satisfied
those cravings.

He is a mad person and is consumed with his wish to expose the system. WHY was he
targeted for arrest? Who made a charge? What was he supposed to have done to warrant the arrest? He
wrote to the MDOC and was a huge nuisance to them and decided to shut him up. That is
all I can figure. He is out of money. His wife barely talks English, and she is lost and
afraid.

Virginia has said all along that she thinks he is innocent of the child porn charges but not necessarily so about the 1989 sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl which he was recently convicted of. Is it possible that he was set up for complaining too much, sure. Is that likely, not in my opinion. He was released from prison in 1984 after being convicted of sexually assaulting a child, he has a young Thai wife and Virginia even says he is obsessed with sex. Seems to me to equal a person who might strike again and commit another crime. I do not know for sure, but I would guess that once you have been convicted of a felony that even a whisper of a possible illegal act will bring the law down on you like the law came down on Raar. Virginia asks what he did to get targeted for the arrest - his sexual assault of a child years ago was probably enough. Are there some issues with the MDOC? Maybe, but when criminals gripe it seems that is it usually just so they can be heard and the validity of their accusations has to be questioned.

WOW! It Has Been A While.....3 Months....

I was just looking at my last post and it was almost 3 months ago to the date! That is far too long to let a blog go with no updates/posts. It seems that when you take on a new job that training and getting into the groove take up a ton of your time. When you throw into the mix family and daily life......zoom ----> 3 months go by.

Anyway, I will try to keep up a bit more on posts and will start off with a post regarding the items I said I would post a couple months back about Randall Raar from his ex-sister-in-law. In case anyone missed it, he was found guilty of all counts of child porn as well as a rape that occurred back in the '80's. Even his ex-sister-in-law feels he made his own bed per her recent comment on my post called "Randall Raar Found Guilty On 21 Counts Related To Child Pornography". Posts to follow shortly.......please stay tuned!

Selling Coca-Cola Secrets Is Not A Good Idea

I had to mention this article on CNN about the three people who tried to steal and sell Coke's secret recipes and prototype product to Pepsi as Idiots of the World.

We have all seen the commercial where the guy who appears to be an intern tries to tell us the secret recipe for Coke Classic and then gets a blow dart in the neck from an Executive. The point to the commercial was that if you try to steal Coca-Cola's secret recipe, they will catch you. These recipes are the bloodline of companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi and they have to take protecting them seriously, so trying to steal them is a bad idea as you will probably get caught.

The suspects include an executive administrative assistant at Atlanta-based Coke, Joya Williams, who is accused of rifling through corporate files and stuffing documents and a new Coca-Cola product into a personal bag.

Williams, 41, of Norcross, Georgia; 30-year-old Ibrahim Dimson, of New York; and 43-year-old Edmund Duhaney of Decatur, Georgia, are charged with wire fraud and unlawfully stealing and selling Coke trade secrets, federal prosecutors said.

Now, these three did in fact get their hands on actual recipes and prototype product. The problem was that the company they tried to sell this to, Pepsi, is one of the few companies in the world who seem to have a moral backbone. Pepsi contacted Coke about the offer of sale and then Coke brought in the FBI.
Pepsi spokesman Dave DeCecco said his company did what any responsible company would do in cooperating with Coke and the investigation.

"Competition can sometimes be fierce, but also must be fair and legal," DeCecco said. "We're pleased the authorities and the FBI have identified the people responsible for this."

I don't know who the theives approached at Pepsi for sale of these items, but I bet a few people there wish they would have shut their pie hole and taken the offer. Can you imagine what they could have done with that information? Actually, it says a lot for the company and the individual to have been responsible and fair enough to alert Coke to the situation. I suppose there could have been some ramifications against Pepsi had they purchased stolen property and used it against Coca-Cola.

Dimson, Williams and Duhaney were arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday, the day the $1.5 million deal was to take place, prosecutors say.
Bummer of a downer for these poor bastards - definite idiots.

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin Asks For National Guard Troops After Five Teens Gunned Down

When he shoud have done something he didn't and now he seems to be jumping the gun. Once an idiot, always and idiot.

Per an article on CNN yesterday:

Mayor Ray Nagin asked the governor Monday to send National Guard troops and state police to patrol his city after a violent weekend in which five teenagers were shot to death.
The teens were shot to death in an area near the central business district. While it is completely tragic that five teenagers were killed, I do not see why it is necessary for the National Guard to handel what appears to be gang or drug-related violence.
No motive had been confirmed, but "just the sheer carnage of it, the location of it and the time that it occurred" make drugs or revenge likely candidates, Bryson said.

A semiautomatic weapon was used and "multiple, multiple rounds" were fired, authorities have said.

This sure sounds like your typical gang or drug-related crime in a large city. It does not help that the city is still recovering from the hurricane last year and people are doing what they need to survive. It seems ignorant to me that the mayor would not put pressure on the governor for support during the hurricane that killed thousands of people, yet he is ready and willing to run to the governor for help when street violence that killed five people ensued. I suppose he needs help though given that the police in New Orleans are probably still too busy stealing from the local Wal-Mart to deal with street crimes. Who knows, maybe these five kids stole a pair of shoes one of Mayor Nagin's officers was eyeing and this was the resulting revenge. Unlikely, but then again we are talking about New Orleans.

New Jersey Woman Jumps From Bridge With Baby

Friday must have been a full moon or something because lots of crazy people seem to have come out. Here is another story of a parent who appears to have been attempting suicide and taking her child with her. Unfortunately, the only one who died in this case was the 1 year old girl - the mother survived the plunge.

A woman and child jumped from a bridge into the Raritan River on Friday, and the child later died after both were pulled from the water by rescuers, authorities said.
Again, I ask why? It is not fair for children to pay the ulitmate price, death, due to ignorant, irresponsible or mentally incompetent parents.

If you are a parent and think that life is so bad you need to die, get help or at least kill yourself and allow your child to live. There are plenty of groups out there that can help get you through your isues. If you think that your child needs to die in order for you to be happy or ease some type of other issue in your life, please seek help or kill yourself instead. Children are not the root of all evil in your life - they are bundles of innocence and joy that should be respected, loved, cared for and protected above anything else.

Woman Drives Minivan Off Cliff; Husband Allegedly Helped

WTF?!?

This story is just bizarre. I am curious how people decide to do some of the things they do and why. In Stony Point, New York last Friday a woman committed suicide by driving her minivan off a cliff - with her two daughters inside! I read the first paragraph of the article and was confused as to why the husband was being charged with anything in this case. Was he supposed to kill himself by not moving from in front of the minivan? Here is the opening paragraph:

A man was arraigned Friday on charges that he helped his wife commit suicide by stepping aside as she drove the family minivan down a 300-foot cliff with their two daughters inside.
But then as I read on I was astonished by the fact that the husband, identified as Victor Han, actually got out of the minivan knowing what she was going to do. Then I got pissed at the fact the he left his two daughters inside to probably die with their mother.
Police said the family had stopped at a scenic overlook in the state park about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Han got out of the minivan, and his wife "put the vehicle in drive and locked the doors," park police Col. James Warwick said Friday.

The vehicle then rolled over the cliff, tumbling down the mountainside into the trees and rocks below, police said. The couple's 3- and 5-year-old daughters suffered minor injuries, police said.

Thankfully the girls survived the descent - I guess minivans are pretty safe nowadays, but I am still surprised. I do not understand how parents could do something like this to their children. At the ages of 3 and 5, these kids are totally at the mercy of
