Virginia's Letter to Randall - November 13, 2006

**Please see my DISCLAIMER about Randall Raar information related to correspondence with Virginia Lee**

Virginia sent me a snippit from a letter she received from Randall. Here is what her e-mail said:

Letter written 11/05 from Randy Raar included the following:

I finished my speach to the Judge where I will dismiss my paid lawyer and obtain a free
one - I'm broke.
Where is what concensus is: State blew case and lawyer made deal to get conviction to
save grace.
Think of it. Zilch on raid. Too many issues I doubt lawyers truth. Can't tell all.
They took chance because customs, FBI and Interpol
indicate I was involved with distribution of child porn. A lie. All they found was mag
called "Moppits' of 1970 - Ex Post Facto. So what did they find? Rfiles. Con in
possession. Found n 2nd search. All fuzzy. Plus lawyer has denied me access to search
warrants. ODD.

Please by lawyer to Judge Prison 2 years plus probation - will fire him before Judge
decides 11/8.
I'm alone. So afraid. Oye afraid - Lawyer wants five thousand dollars more. Oye wants
to pay - No have. Scared!
Oye doesn't see the lawyer scam,

End

It appears that to Randall Raar, everyone is out to get him and has a hidden agenda. It is hard to believe that there is such a conspiracy against one man just because he has cried fowl against the MDOC. Virginia sent him a response letter on November 13, 2006 which can be Downloaded Here. While Virginia appears to agree he was guilty of taking advantage of the girl in 1989, she does state that she thinks it was consensual. Consensual or not, sexual acts involving a minor are a crime - period. At least she puts the blame on him where is obviously should be.

In another e-mail on November 13, 2006

Virginia pointed out a site that I had already come across in looking into Randall Raar. A reader of this blog also came across the same website a couple months ago and posted a link to it in his comment on one of my posts. The site is Prisoners Against Parole Board Abuse and is run by an inmate named Rick Crowell. It does not appear that this site is ever updated and seems to be more of a plea to send money to them for smokes than to help them in their plight for justice. What are your thoughts, folks?

More to come over the next couple days as I have more letters.........stay tuned.......
