2004 National Border Patrol Strategy Contains An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Photo

I was looking for some other information and came across this link to a .pdf file for the 2004 U.S. Customs and Border Patrol's "National Border Patrol Strategy". On page 18 of this .pdf file was this photo of a UAV that was, per the caption, taking a test flight over the Arizona desert. 2004_UAV_photo_2.bmp
This is a pretty neat picture of the UAV, but the one in the document is a bit clearer. This is probably the same one that crashed early last year while on patrol in Arizona. Here is the link to the post I did on it last April.

This document is an interesting read and some of the pictures they have within the document are pretty cheesy if you want a good laugh. Anyway, I will see if I can find a newer version of this anywhere.
