Possible Lead In The Oakland County Child Killer Case

I saw this article back on May 11th on NBC Local 4 News out of Detroit and thought it was a bit interesting. Back in the 1970's four children were kidnapped, murdered and then dumped on the side of local roads. There was a tip recently that may link Randall Raar from Lincoln Park to that case.

A task force is working to bring evidence against the owner of the home, Randall Raar, 59, who they said may be linked to the Oakland County child killer case.

Inside the home, police found letters written to serial killers, child pornography, 8 mm film dating back to the 1970s, computer files and a sex slave dungeon equipped with shackles and a jail-like door that locked from the outside, Local 4 reported.

Raar is considered a link in the case, and a task force is currently collecting evidence to eliminate him as a suspect in the slaying of four area children.

While Randall Raar appears to be a pervert and predator of the worst kind, a task force working on the Child Killing case does not consider him a suspect; however, they do think he may be able to help them figure out who the killer is.

Local News 4 has a few links on the Child Killings case that are interesting. Check them out below:

Hi all. This might be hard to believe but there is a loophole in Michigan law that allows registered/convicted sex offenders to get their medical licenses back. We have laws to prevent perverts from being teachers but the state is letting them be doctors.
Sad, but true. And they are under no obligation to inform their patients, or their patients parents, about their sex offender status. So, we have to check our doctors, dentists, etc. out on the sex offender registry first??? What if we have to go to the emergency room?
A House Bill has been introduced:
